Bennett-Associates Ltd is a mortgage and insurance broker based in Sittingbourne, Kent, providing services to individuals and businesses throughout the UK. We are recognised for our unique and supportive service, from start to finish, which has enabled people to achieve their mortgage needs and financial protection requirements with confidence for over 40 years.

We have been able to continue our success by recently incorporating to a Limited Company. Formerly known as Lesley Bennett Associates, we have now embarked on a new chapter as Bennett-Associates Ltd, an independent mortgage and insurance broker.

Our people make the difference when it comes to choosing a financial services provider for your mortgage and insurance requirements. We are passionate about what we do and the opportunity of demonstrating our friendly, responsive and reliable approach to building long-lasting relationships with every new client.

Originally established as a family-run business, it maintains this identity with a team led Abbey and Shaynie Bennett. Our team has substantial experience in advising on mortgages, insurance and protection products.

Additionally, we are supported by legal and conveyancing partners to collectively provide you with a one-stop and comprehensive service.

Bennett-Associates Ltd is not tied to any particular mortgage lender or insurance provider, which means we have the ability to act on your behalf in order to establish the most suitable solutions from the entire market. We undertake a comprehensive financial review so all recommended products are matched with your financial needs and future requirements.

We will guide you through the entire process, starting with a free initial consultation, so that you understand exactly what the transaction entails and how much it will cost. Our service also doesn’t stop when you have your mortgage and/or insurance(s) in place, as we will stay in touch with you (as long as you agree) to remind and advise you of changes and renewal opportunities to your policies. We will make sure you are always selecting the most suitable and/or competitive products.

Our fees are extremely competitive and depend on the complexity of your requirements. After a review of your requirements during a free initial consultation, we will advise you of any fees before further work commences.
